Sorbet Pops
14 oz. frozen strawberries
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
1/3 cup strawberry jam
1 ½ cups boiling water
2 eggs
Directions:
In a food processor fitted with the “S” blade, blend the first four ingredients until they are combined. Add the boiling water and mix a little before adding the eggs, to avoid them from cooking. Once the eggs are added, mix on medium speed for 10 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 dish and freeze until solid.
Once the ices is frozen, transfer to a cutting board and cut into long strips. Feed the strips through the tube of the food processor, fitted with the grating blade. When done, spoon the grated ices into silicon ice pop molds – or any mold of your choice, add a stick and freeze until ready to enjoy.
